I'm currently a design manager at Webflow leading our team focused on cloud and code generation. Previously, I've worked at Render as Head of Design building a powerful, accessible cloud platform for modern developers, HashiCorp as a design manager building developer tools, and at Digital Kitchen as a creative director leading film and interactive projects.
I'm also the proud father to Elias, Rory, and Delia. I'm blessed to be able to share their love with my best friend and wife, Jordan. When not working on design problems or spending time with them, I'm fly fishing, learning to play the piano, or making art with simple shapes.

I primarily focused on design envisioning for HashiCorp’s managed cloud service, the HashiCorp Cloud Platform. I also led our team’s migration from Sketch to Figma and established foundational best practices and components for what would become our design systems team.

I also recruited, hired, managed, and developed creative talent ranging from designers, to animators, developers, and filmmakers.
